Donors' Garden Party CANCELLED
As we continue to monitor closely the guidance from health officials on social distancing and staying at home we have taken the difficult decision to cancel our annual Donors’ Garden Party, which was due to be held on Saturday 27 June.
Your health, welfare and safety, along with that of College members and staff, is our priority. Even though we do not yet know what June will bring, with lectures and supervisions moving online for Easter term it does not seem appropriate to hold events when students will not be in residence and no in-person Congregations will take place. While a tough decision to take, we know that cancelling this event is the right thing to do.
This annual celebration of philanthropy in the College is a highlight of our events calendar and we are so disappointed that we have to cancel. With so much uncertainty ahead, we are unable to reschedule the Donors’ Garden Party this year, but we are exploring ways in which we might be able to bring a piece of the party to you. We are also hopeful to be able to welcome you back to College in the not too distant future.
