Join us at this special event, hosted by the Master, with Nick Chatrath, author of 'The Threshold: Leading in the Age of AI'  Nick will be discussing how AI Is Transforming The Leadership Landscape In The 21st Century,  redefining the way we work, live and communicate.  Current students can register for free via Eventbrite.

Nick is Managing Director of Artesian Transformational Leadership Ltd. He is a leadership consultant working on top team alignment, strategy and leadership development, with 25 years of relevant experience. Nick has worked extensively across functions and sectors, from CEO and board level to the factory floor. Nick began his professional career at Andersen and then moved to McKinsey & Co., working mainly in the UK, Europe and the US. After leaving McKinsey in 2003, he established his own coaching and facilitation practice, before joining Artesian (a change leadership consultancy) as a Director in 2006. In 2015, Nick became CEO of a tech start-up and in 2017 turned down two seed investment offers in favour of focussing on leadership and transformation work for the long term. From 2016 until 2021, he also chaired the board of QGateway, Inc., a technology company.

Nick is a Master Executive Coach and a Time To Think qualified Coach and Facilitator. He is also certified in Leadership Circle Profile, Growth Edge Coaching, FIRO Element B, Emotional Intelligence (JCA Occupational Psychologists), NEO PI-R, Hogan (HPI, HDS and MVPI) and Gallup Strengthsfinder. Nick is a Saïd Business School approved leadership coach.

Nick has extensive consulting, coaching and facilitation experience. This includes over 20 transformation engagements around the world, at various levels within strategy, organisation, team and individual. Sectors include aerospace, banking, FMCG/Retail, healthcare, infrastructure, manufacturing, non-profit, pharmaceuticals and professional services. Nick also has over 15 years and 2000 hours of 1:1 coaching, across all business functions and most sectors. Nick has also coached sportspeople, politicians, ambassadors, council employees, think tank leaders, former special forces and counter terrorism operatives, doctors, nurses, head teachers, school governors, NGO and other non-profit leaders, MBA students and the unemployed.

Among the academic degrees that Nick holds are a Doctorate in Oriental Studies from the University of Oxford, and three Master’s degrees, sequentially from the Universities of Cambridge, Nottingham and Oxford. At undergraduate level or above, Nick has studied Mathematics, Management Studies, Modern and Medieval French, Theology, Classical and Medieval Islamic History, Arabic and Oriental Studies. Nick has written or contributed to three books, including the bestselling Musings on Leadership, and The Threshold: Leading in the Age of AI.

Nick is married, with 3 daughters and lives in Oxford. He is an amateur triathlete and a keen cook.
