West Court Open Event

We are delighted to announce that we will be hosting our first event in the West Court Lecture Hall on 26th April 2017.

We are looking forward to welcoming over 120 meetings and event professionals to our new state-of-the-art conference facility, West Court on Wednesday 26th April.

The showcase is being organised by Meet Cambridge, the official free venue-finding bureau for the city of Cambridge and beyond, and will discuss ideas about creating exceptional events. What does an exceptional experience look, feel and taste like? And how can we, as event organisers, deliver an exceptional experience…

Delegates attending will have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast and networking in the Webb Library before heading to the multi-purpose Lecture Hall to hear keynote speaker, ocean rower Natalia Cohen, part of an all-female team to cross the Pacific Ocean, setting two new world records. There will then be an interactive Q&A session with a panel of industry professionals.

We are thrilled to have been chosen as the venue to host this exciting event for Meet Cambridge: Exceptional Experiences and to be able to unveil our latest facilities in West Court to those attending. There is a range of different spaces to suit all types of conferences, meetings and private dining, as well as overnight accommodation all year round.
