Rustat Report on Managing Organisational Change

On 4 December 2012, the Rustat Conferences brought together experts to consider managing organisational change, turbulence and transition in the Economic Crisis.

Western economies have seen exceptional change in recent years, working through both the credit crunch and banking crisis. These changes present new challenges for leaders worldwide. This Rustat Conference brought together leaders from business, government and academia to address the key organisational and people challenges facing the public and private sectors against the background of the global financial crisis, ageing populations, and growing youth unemployment.
