Development and Alumni Relations Summer Internship Programme

The Cambridge Development and Alumni Relations Summer Internship Programme consists of 12 interns who have already completed five weeks of intensive learning whilst progressing their individual projects across Collegiate Cambridge.

Current students, Issy Kaufman (2020, Linguistics [front row, second from left]) and Matthew Jennings (2021, Philosophy [back row, fourth from right]) are two of these talented students who have demonstrated great enthusiasm, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives during the learning sessions on the history of philanthropy, what ‘advancement’ is, and the different types of fundraising. The group are working on a variety of projects focused on alumni engagement, communications, prospect research, fundraising and ED&I.

Jesus College is also pleased to host one of the interns, Matthew Cresswell (back row, second from the left), a second year student studying Economics at Pembroke College who is working on various projects including a volunteer programme, a new legacies brochure and a reunion giving programme with the Development and Alumni Relations team.
