A private and well-equipped meeting room for up to 18 people. Situated in our purpose-built West Court development, which includes a dining hall, larger conference spaces and hotel-standard accommodation.

The Bain room is ideal for board meeting or sensitive discussions. It is equipped with comfortable furniture, natural light and the latest AV technology, including a wall-mounted touch-screen TV and a wide-angle full HD webcam with table top microphones for international video conferencing. There’s a sound bar to support presentations and video links, and on-site AV support. Our guests often book the Bain room in conjunction with other event spaces and facilities at West Court; please ask us about our executive meeting packages and residential conferences.
