As part of our work on the environment and sustainability, we encourage all visitors to use sustainable transport methods to reach the College.
By road, by cycle or on foot
For pedestrians, cyclists or those alighting from buses or taxis it is best to use the Jesus Lane entrance. There are chains for locking up bikes in the chimney.
We do not offer general guest parking in College. If you or a passenger need to use our on-site parking for accessibility reasons, please contact us in advance to request a space. Information about accessible parking is on Accessibility. Visitors who have requested a accessible parking space should use the electronic gates on Victoria Avenue, where assistance is provided through an intercom.
There are several public car parks within walking distance. There are also various Park and Ride schemes if you would prefer to not drive into central Cambridge.
By rail
A regular train service runs to Cambridge from London’s Kings Cross Station, London Liverpool Street Station, and many other mainline UK stations.
The College is located approximately 2miles (3.2 kilometres) from the railway station. Buses run about every 10 minutes and there is a taxi rank outside the station. Taxis cost around £10.

By air
The nearest airport is Stansted (c 32 miles / 51km). Heathrow is approximately 71 miles / 114km away, and Gatwick 96 miles / 154km.
There are regular train services between Cambridge and Stansted. National Express operates bus services between Cambridge and all three airports mentioned above.
By bus or coach
The Drummer Street bus station is within walking distance of the College, approximately 500m away. For information about coach services to Cambridge please see the National Express or Stagecoach websites.
