Carl is the Co-Founder of Construct Education.

Carl has worked serving the education and workforce development sector for over 18 years. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in British Politics and Legislative Studies from the University of Hull, working for the former Member of Parliament for Hull North, Council of Europe Rapporteur and Shadow Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, Kevin McNamara MP.

As the co-founder of Construct, Carl has been embedded directly with partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality learning content. His professional career outside education in the government, nuclear, and cloud networks sectors has still largely been focused on bridging the gap between higher education and employment.
