Guest Services Supervisor
Jesus College West Court is a modern conference, dining and accommodation space, with state-of-the-art facilities in central Cambridge. This role presents a fantastic opportunity to join a small and important team in this prestigious College venue.
We are seeking a highly organised individual with excellent customer service skills and experience working in a reception or other ‘welcoming/greeting’ role. You must be confident with IT, ideally with experience working with reception management systems. You must be capable of working alone and as part of a team and, without close supervision, delivering high standards at all times.
The role will give the successful applicant excellent experience in the hospitality and events industry and the opportunity to contribute to a highly successful, growing operation. Offering plenty of variety in a fast-paced hospitality environment, this role involves setting up meeting rooms according to customer requirements and agreed service standards, ensuring rooms and public spaces are presentable and suitably equipped
Other key tasks include processing B&B bookings, managing customer communications through email, telephone and face to face and supporting our conference operations team with administrative and customer experience tasks.
