Executive and Professional Development programmes

The Intellectual Forum offers a range of programmes for professionals at all stages of their careers, including bespoke packages for executives and companies.

We provide bespoke packages offering different opportunities that can be calibrated for those looking to develop core business, leadership, or professional competencies, or to develop existing skills. We also offer a range of programmes for those looking to learn about the UK and Cambridge through cultural context and exposure.

Our programmes can be as short as half a day, through to several weeks, and have been offered in person, blended, and entirely online.

Drawing on expertise across the College, University, and City of Cambridge, we can provide coverage of a range of topics suitable for professionals in a variety of industries and markets. Past programmes include Introductions to British Law; Introductions to Pharmacy Practice in the UK; and Executive Leadership and Practice for Medical Directors, which drew not only on Cambridge’s expertise, but also NHS leaders and experts from various professional organisations including the British Pharmacological Society, the NHS, and industry leaders.

Our executive leadership programmes are designed to drive excellence in team building and innovation in practice. We have also hosted and facilitated away days for government departments, companies, and other organisations. We can tailor the format to your company’s needs, offering a range of services from full educational programmes, to facilitation, to talks and tours.

The Intellectual Forum works with companies, governments, and external providers to offer programmes on a bespoke basis. We can offer certificates of participation, support CPD accreditation, and organise a range of visits and tours (for those programmes taking place in the College) to complement the content we offer.
