Biography

Michael Minden is a graduate of St Catharine’s College, Cambridge. He teaches German literature, film, and culture. He is a Fellow, and erstwhile President, of Jesus College.

His books include The German Bildungsroman (1997) and A Cultural History of Modern German Literature (2011), and he has edited books and written articles on a wide range of subjects including Adalbert Stifter, Fritz Lang, and Thomas Mann.
