We offer all graduates up to three years of College accommodation located in central Cambridge.
You'll find us right in the centre of Cambridge, on a side street away from busy tourist routes. Our graduate accommodation is located around the boundaries of the College, which helps to keep the community feeling for which we're known.
Most places in Cambridge are within easy walking distance, although many of our students choose to use bikes. Nearly all our facilities are on this large, central site.
Rents and room details
All graduate accommodation has cooking and laundry facilities, plus fast internet access via ethernet cable, and the housekeeping department regularly cleans the communal spaces in each house.
Rooms are available from September to the end of August each year. Rents are based on each room's size and facilities, you can see details of rent rates and what's included.
Types of accommodation
Most graduates live in furnished houses which are owned by the College, shared by three to 16 students, with single study bedrooms and shared facilities. There are a few sets of two rooms, and rooms with ensuite facilities available.
We also have a limited number of flats and small houses available for graduates with partners or families, although these are not really suitable for children over the age of two.
