What can we do about difficult cancers?
How can we use new advances in engineering and chemistry to tackle the most difficult to treat cancers?
This event brings together a neurosurgeon (Stephen Price), an engineer (Dr Ronan Daly) and chemists (Prof. Oren Scherman & Dr Ljiljana Fruk) to discuss the problems in delivering drugs to combat some of the most difficult to treat cancers, and how we can use new advances in engineering and chemistry to overcome them. There will also be an opportunity to see simulated brain surgery to remove a tumour.
ONLINE and IN-PERSON tickets are available, choose your ticket type when booking.
