Christopher Hogwood was a conductor, a musicologist and a keyboard player, and an honorary Fellow of Jesus College and Pembroke College, Cambridge. A generous benefaction from his estate has funded several student scholarships.
A dinner will be held in the Upper Hall of Jesus College, which will bring together members from all four educational institutions which Christopher Hogwood supported; Royal College of Music, Royal Academy of Music, Pembroke College, Cambridge and Jesus College, Cambridge.
