We offer a fantastic range of conference and dining facilities, from high tech conference rooms for meetings and symposia, to smaller meeting facilities with traditional features. We pride ourselves on providing quality meeting spaces, and excellent food and standards of customer service. We have venue accreditation from Aim and Visit England, and are members of the MIA, HBAA, Venues of Excellence and Classic Hotels.
Our brand new Frankopan Hall offers a flexible space with retractable tiered seating for up to 150 conference delegates. Equipped with the latest video communication facilities, it will be easy to ensure international participation at your event.
Our grand Upper Hall has been at the heart of College life since we were founded in 1496, and can accommodate up to 80 guests.
The Webb Library in West Court is a light, elegant room with a high domed ceiling, accommodating up to 80 delegates for a wide range of events.
The Brewery Room is a light, and contemporary, event space that can be used for a wide range of conferences, lectures and receptions.
With its oak beams and stone fireplace the Alcock Room is an attractive venue with historical character. Perfect for seminars or meetings for up to 14 guests.
The Prioress's Room is a spacious meeting room with appealing period details, suitable for up to 40 guests.
The Bawden Room in West Court combines traditional decor and contemporary lighting, offering a smart meeting space for up to 40 delegates.
The Conference Room, with walnut boardroom table and executive leather chairs provides a prestigious and private setting for up to 22 delegates.
The Bain Room, located in the loft space of West Court, provides a comfortable and private setting for those looking for a unique meeting space for up to 18 delegates.
West Court offers up to 30 luxury bedrooms which can be used for residential conferences all year round. Our comfortable and stylish accommodation offers double and single en-suite bedrooms and apartments. We can also offer 240 student en-suite bedrooms outside of term times which have been awarded a 5 star campus rating by Visit England.

I was so impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the conference team before and during the event, accommodating all our requests and ensuring everything flowed seamlessly. I felt completely confident that you had everything under control, which is so valuable when managing a programme such as this.
The catering has been fantastic, and several delegates have told me how much they enjoyed the lunches. Please pass on my thanks to the team that looked after us on Sunday evening, who took 3 very last minute additional Halaal requests completely in their stride – my delegates and faculty loved the dinner. Thanks also to Ray who set up all the rooms and transformed the Webb Library for us.
Finally a special mention to the reception dream team – Matthew and Gilly have been superstars all week!
