Jesus College hosts events and exhibitions throughout the year including a permanent sculpture exhibition and the biennial Sculpture in the Close exhibition.
Four leading international scholars, Professor Shailaja Fennell, Professor Jayati Ghosh, Professor Huaichuan Rui and Assistant Professor Isabella Weber will explore the development achievements and challenges facing China and India and will discuss the key issues facing the political economies of the two countries. The opening presentations will be followed by a roundtable discussion including a question and answer session.

Professor Jean C. Oi (William Haas Professor of Chinese Politics and Director of Stanford China Programme, Walter H. Shorenstein Asia-Pacific Research Center at Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies (FSI), Stanford University, and Lee Shau Kee Director of Stanford Center at Peking University, will deliver a lecture on how Covid has affected China's local government debt. The lecture will be followed by a question and answer session.
