With extensive grounds, Jesus College has several beautiful outdoor spaces that can be used for events in the summer months.
With its artworks, arboreal variety, and rolling grounds, the Orchard is an attractive and intriguing location for drinks receptions. Guests can enjoy the striking glass sculpture by Danny Lane, and Battersea II and Battersea III by Geoffrey Clarke, two pieces in cast aluminium that have been on loan to the College since 1999.
Second Court is a beautiful shaded area with distinctive shaped trees, offering a charming setting for an outdoor reception.
One of the largest courts in Cambridge, Chapel Court is an ideal outdoor reception venue - an expansive grassy courtyard overlooked by the Norman chapel which gives it its name.
Suitable for receptions of up to 100 guests, the Cloisters can be used for drinks or a buffet in the summer. It can also be used in conjunction with the Prioress's Room, providing an indoor seating area for guests.
