With a high standard of integrated equipment in most meeting rooms, and state of the art equipment in the Frankopan Hall, our in-house audio visual expert will work closely with you to create the ideal setup.
In the Frankopan Hall we offer an in-house video or audio visual production service so that you can benefit from cutting-edge technology and obtain professional high definition videos, web streaming and video conferencing.
We have an excellent relationship with local AV suppliers, who can provide additional equipment and support should it be needed. We will liaise with these carefully selected partners in collaboration with you to ensure the brief and requirements are perfectly understood and delivered effectively on the day.

Dedicated AV technical support charges
Prices are always based on the current year's price list. The minimum charge for dedicated AV support is half a day. This allows adequate time for us to ensure you receive a full and complete service on the day, ensuring a smooth and successful event.

Pre and post event technical support charges
Prices are always based on the brief, produced content and actual time spent on the project. Below are some examples to help estimate costs for this service.
- Organising/preparing slide decks – preloading slides on laptop – usually 1 hour. To check and collate a total of 70 slides and video from each speaker separately may take up to 2-3 hours.
- Editing a basic full day conference film = Full day. Anything more advanced than this (e.g. multi camera, editing in slides, multitrack audio) would take more time and expertise.
- Editing a full day audio recording – Full day
