Varsity success for Jesus College Cricketers

Jesus College cricketers played a crucial role in the winning Varsity Match against Oxford this September.

Pieter Daneel (2019) and Ed Hyde (2017) both gave outstanding performances in the recent four-day cricket Varsity Match at Fenner's Cricket Ground. Daneel top scored in the match with a sensational 125 in the second innings, whilst Hyde secured the second highest score of the match with 55 in the first innings. In addition, Daneel and Hyde both took four catches each in the field, helping Cambridge to a 249-run victory over Oxford.
