Spring into Easter with our new menus

We are pleased to release our new Spring and Summer menus for events and private dining. 

This new menu launches on the 1st April 2018 and features the delicious Pimms cured Scottish salmon with compressed cucumber, powdered strawberry with an apple and mint salad as a starter, Roasted rump of Suffolk lamb with pea and mint mash as a main dish and Macerated English Strawberries, lemon curd, prosecco sorbet and mint meringue for dessert.
