Private dining menus for Spring and Summer

Our Conference Spring and Summer menu features a range of delicious seasonal dishes.  

The menu includes Muscavado and Soy Cured Salmon, Roasted Rump of Suffolk Lamb with Pea and Mint Mash, and Macerated English Strawberries, Lemon Curd, Prosecco Sorbet and Mint Meringue.
