Dr Clare Chambers explores moral disagreement in BBC series

How can you constructively disagree with other people? Dr Clare Chambers features in a new BBC Radio 4 series this Thursday (16 August) at 1.45pm exploring this question in relation to moral disagreement.

Dr Chambers, Director of Studies in Philosophy at Jesus and University Senior Lecturer in Philosophy, will explore the difficulty of fundamental controversies over competing moral visions in How to Disagree: A Beginner's Guide to Having Better Arguments.

Presented by Timandra Harkness, the series looks at a range of topics to examine how clashes of interests, factual disputes and arguments about strategies can be better handled.
