Christopher Rodrigues CBE appointed Chairman of the Royal Ballet School

Christopher Rodrigues CBE (1968) has been appointed Chairman of the Royal Ballet School. He will take over the role in January 2020 when the current Chairman, The Duchess of Wellington OBE, steps down after 10 years.

Christopher has a deep understanding of the unique pressures of a career in ballet thanks to his parents, the late Julia Farron OBE and Alfred Rodrigues, who were both Royal Ballet dancers.

As a businessman, his extensive experience in the arts will be an invaluable asset to the School and its Board of Governors.
